In 2013, Apprentice Team Ltd underwent a pivotal transformation, transitioning from a trusted referral agency to a subcontractor in the field of apprenticeship training. By becoming a subcontractor, we strengthened our commitment to providing high-quality apprenticeship programs while solidifying our position in the industry.
Expansion to a Larger Premises (2015)
Apprentice Team Ltd began to experience remarkable growth. So, we seized the opportunity to expand into a larger and more accommodating premises in 2015. Our commitment to providing apprenticeship training was further strengthened by the increased resources and facilities. Attaining a Direct Government Contract (2017)
A momentous achievement came to fruition in 2017. Apprentice Team Ltd secured a coveted direct government contract. This milestone marked a significant moment. It granted us the independence to receive direct funding from the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency). Our fantastic Business Development Manager, Tom, was honoured as the regional winner of the Advanced Apprentice of the Year Award. OFSTED ‘Good’ Rating (2020)

Embracing the ‘Kickstart Scheme’ (2021-2022)
As the post-COVID ‘Kickstart Scheme’ began, Apprentice Team Ltd enthusiastically participated, making a significant impact on the lives of young talent aged 18-24. Through this initiative, we successfully placed over 1200 participants in 6-month work placements within their desired industries. Our dedication to empowering the next generation of professionals shone through, as we provided invaluable opportunities for hands-on experience and skill development.
