Business Support Apprentice
As the Business Support Apprentice, you will sit within our Operations and Projects teams, supporting the day-to-day running of key operational processes across our national depot network. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the wider Operations & Projects team, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of operational, administrative and project-based activities.

Responsibilities & Tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Assist booking in orders with third party logistic company.
- Maintaining accurate operational records and ensuring documentation is filed correctly.
- Assisting with planogram building using Spanner ERP.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding PO numbers.
- Liaising with depots, suppliers, and transport providers to resolve queries
- Providing general administrative support to the Operations and Projects teams as required.
Apprenticeship Programme & Training
- Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
- This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 3 Business Administrator
- The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote sessions.
- These session take place once or twice per month, for up to 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.

Qualifications
Essential: Grades A*-C/9-4 in GCSE maths and English (or equivalent).
