Sureserve Compliance Central Ltd are looking for an aspiring Apprentice Administrator to join a growing team! Working with our busy administrators, you will be supporting them to plan and distribute the day to day works for our team of busy engineers, collating information from our clients’ tenants, logging jobs and ensuring data records are maintained for accuracy and in line with GDPR.

About Sureserve Compliance Central Ltd
With comprehensive expertise across the UK, Sureserve Compliance
plays a crucial role in our overarching mission to create safer,
warmer, and more energy-efficient spaces for communities. We
specialise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas
appliances and central heating systems as well as renewables, fire
safety, electrical systems, water and air hygiene.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Communicate with customers by telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team or colleague.
- Arrange and manage customer appointments, ensuring they
are scheduled accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements. - Update and maintain customer records and internal systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Complete administrative tasks and allocated work in line with company processes and procedures.
- Prepare, complete and process paperwork and
documentation both electronically and manually where required. - Ensure all information is recorded accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Work closely with colleagues, customers and other
stakeholders to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. - Develop a good understanding of company systems,
processes and procedures, with support from experienced administrators and a workplace mentor. - Attend team meetings, training sessions and Toolbox Talks, contributing where appropriate.
- Take responsibility for your own learning and development,
completing apprenticeship work and attending training sessions as required. - Maintain a high standard of organisation, accuracy and
professionalism when completing administrative duties. - Follow company policies, procedures and relevant
legislation, including Health & Safety requirements. - Build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
- Complete any other reasonable administrative duties
relevant to the role and apprenticeship.
Apprenticeship Programme & Training
- Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
- This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 3 Business Administrator
- The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote sessions.
- These session take place once or twice per month, for up to 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.
