About Moorgate Training
Moorgate Training is one of the UK’s leading providers of Drink Drive
Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) course delivery, dedicated to
improving road safety and reducing risks on our roads. We are also a
National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Course
Provider licensed by UKROEd, and we deliver accredited training on
behalf of the DVSA and the Welsh Government. Every course is
delivered with excellence, consistency, and dedicated learner support to ensure safer roads for all.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email
- Processing bookings, amendments and cancellations
- Scheduling/rescheduling courses
- Creating training course zoom meetings.
Apprenticeship Programme & Training
- Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
- This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
- The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote sessions.
- These session take place once per month, for roughly 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.
