Moorgate Training are a leading training provider that has an exciting opportunity to join our team at our head office in Chesterfield to help the company continue to grow and reach our targets. We hold training courses throughout the UK in respect of Drink Drive Rehabilitation on behalf of the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and HMCTS.

  • Inbound and outbound calls *(no cold calling involved)*
  • Dealing with inbound customer enquiries through emails & telephone calls
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and within a reasonable timescale
  • Contacting clients through a variety of channels to book them on to our training courses
  • Day to day office duties
  • Maintaining and supporting with electronic and hard copy filling systems
  • Open and sort documents accordingly
  • Assisting in resolving any administrative issues
  • Taking payments by telephone on our company operating system
  • Maintaining and updating information on our CRM system when required
  • Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
  • This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.
  • The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote or face-to-face sessions. The only exception are any speaking and listening assessments – these may be delivered in a classroom.
  • These session take place once per month, for roughly 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.


Essential: Grades A*-C/9-4 in GCSE maths and English (or equivalent).
