Messagemail Limited is a Telephone Answering and Mail Forwarding Company, established for over 20 Years. We answer calls for over 800 Clients. All calls are answered within 3 rings by our own inhouse call centre. Our staff are Friendly, intelligent staff who go beyond the call of duty to assist your callers. An intelligent and proactive message taking service. Staff average with us is 5.5 years – in most call centres it is usually 2.5 months! The Administration Office is situated in London W1 where
we deal with the mail for over 500 companies. Where we have 3 members of staff. The mail is either held in the office for collection, scanned and emailed or sent to designated address. The Billing and Administration is done at this office. We
have a meeting room where our clients can have meetings at their Registered Address.

  • Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
  • This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer.
  • If you do not have grades A-C/9-4 in GCSE maths and English, you will be required to complete Level 2 Functional Skills maths and English.
  • The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote or face-to-face sessions. The only exception are any speaking and listening assessments – these may be delivered in a classroom.
  • These session take place once per month, for roughly 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.


Essential: Grades A*-C/9-4 in GCSE maths and English (or equivalent).
