About Way More Solutions
Founded in 2020, Way More is a specialist insurance broker who care about each client on a personal level. Way More was set up by Managing Director, Zoe, after personal circumstances made her realise how vital it is to have the right protection in place. After various negative experiences, she decided to set up her own firm to provide a super tailored service that does right by the client!
Since then, Way More has grown to a team of three, with Alix in Client Services and Ash in Digital Marketing. As a team they focus on helping each other grow and reach their goals, with their quarterly planning sessions (usually in the format of a team day out!), and through training and development.
After a fantastic year in 2023, winning two awards; Outstanding Protection Adviser and Best Adviser 2023, Way More now has some exciting growth plans heading further into 2024. The Business Admin Apprentice is one of three new roles to help further build their team.

Then the new Business Administration Apprentice role at Way More may be the perfect opportunity for you.
With the official title of Client Services Administrator, you will support Managing Director, Zoe, and the rest of the team in all administrative duties. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a friendly and professional service is always provided.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Starting the morning by checking the office email inbox, ensuring all emails are passed onto the right member of the team and replies are sent in a timely manner
- Being the first point of contact for the Way More office, answering the phone at any point throughout the day and other general office duties
- Using diary management skills to make sure the team are all set for the day, and have all information needed for any subsequent meetings
- Chatting with clients to book them in for a call and to request required documentation
- Compiling and maintaining electronic records and creating client documents
- Heading outside to have lunch with the Way More team in the office’s outdoor space
- Spending the afternoon proactively looking at current administration processes and how to improve them
- Taking clients through an online life insurance application
- Finishing the day off by ensuring all data has been inputted and updated, and everything has followed Way More’s compliance procedures
Apprenticeship Programme & Training
- Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
- This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 3 Business Administrator
- The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote or face-to-face sessions. The only exception are any speaking and listening assessments – these may be delivered in a classroom.
- These session take place once per month, for roughly 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.
