Moorgate Training are looking for an aspiring Apprentice Business Administrator to join a growing team! The role involves supporting the team with administration duties for accredited training on behalf of the DVSA and the Welsh Government.

Hourly Wage
£7.55 per hour
This mean you will earn the National Apprentice Minimum Wage
Working Week
37.5 Hours per Week
Each week, you will work from Monday to Friday from 7:45am – 4:15pm

About Moorgate Training
Moorgate Training is a leading UK provider of Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) courses, with a clear focus on improving road safety and reducing risk on the roads. It is also a National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) course provider, licensed by UKROEd, delivering accredited training on behalf of the DVSA and the Welsh Government. Courses are delivered to a high standard, with an emphasis on consistency and strong learner support, helping to contribute to safer roads for all.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Creating and Issuing certificates of Completion and Non-Completion via post and CRM system
- Daily creating and posting letters
- Scheduling and creating zoom links for training courses
- Uploading clients details to CRM system
- Managing training course registers and distributing to trainers, and updating at the end of each day
- Scanning and uploading registration documents to secure filing system
- Day to day office duties
- Assisting in resolving any administrative issues
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Assisting in completing application forms on behalf of clients
Apprenticeship Programme & Training
- Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
- This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 3 Business Administrator
- The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote or face-to-face sessions. The only exception are any speaking and listening assessments – these may be delivered in a classroom.
- These session take place once per month, for roughly 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.
