About Barkston Plastics
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for full traceability of all communications with stakeholders
- Assist with customer order-related enquiries via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints, and where necessary process returns requests.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and carry out other tasks to support the efficient running of the commercial department.
Apprenticeship Programme & Training
- Full day-to-day training will be provided by the employer.
- This apprenticeship qualification is called Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.
- The learning will be delivered by dedicated, industry-specialist tutors via remote or face-to-face sessions. The only exception are any speaking and listening assessments – these may be delivered in a classroom.
- These session take place once per month, for roughly 2 hours, at a time convenient for both you and the employer.
